"Our move to San George Estates".

Our daughter and grandaughter toured three open houses and decided that it would be ideal for us. They brought it to our attention and we fooled them by agreeing it was a good idea. The very next day we found one of the display models we really liked. We then went to see Dick Bonheimer, the manager, who was very helpful with lots of good suggestions.

We put a down payment on the home and we were on the move. Dick helped out with getting the driveway, storage shed and carport put in motion as quickly as possible. We also needed a ramp to the front door and to expand the front deck.

Dick took care of everything, including the heat pump, so all we had to do was pack and move.

What could have been a very trying experience for us, turned out to be very pleasant.

Thank you for being there for us. Our decision to buy a manufactured home at San George Estates was a good one, thanks to the help and assistance we received from all of you. From the community management to the office staff to the maintenance people...everyone here has certainly done their part to make this new venture less scarey for us.

Since this was our first experience in purchasing a manufactured home, there was much we needed to learn. You were there for us each step of the way. We thank Dick for his assistance in helping us order our home. We knew nothing about purchasing a manufactured home, but he skillfully guided us through this task. He pointed out features we might want to consider (things we hadn’t even thought of). He suggested options that turned out to be exactly what we needed, and which have helped to make our home unique for us. Needless to say, we do love our home.

And when the glitches showed up (as they will with any new home), Dick made sure they were taken care of. All of the little things that first-time buyers don’t know...we didn’t have to worry about them. They were handled for us. If we had questions or concerns, Dick and Darlene either had the answer, or got one for us in short order.

There is a sense of community here that we were looking for. And as the community grows, so do the friendships. It’s nice to know that there’s always someone there for you. There are activities here that weren’t available in our old neighborhood. The monthly newsletter is a great way to keep us all informed. The pool and clubhouse are wonderful. We are enjoying our new home and our new neighborhood!

So now that we’re coming up on our first anniversary here, and really getting settled, it just seemed the right time to say "Thanks," and to let you know how much we appreciate you

You and your wonderful staff at San George Estates far exceeded our expectations in helping fill our extended family's special needs. From the special non-slip shower in my parent's bedroom to the specially-designed ramp leading to our front door, each detail was carefully noted, obtained, and implemented. You even made frequent trips to the factory to insure our new home would be exactly as we visualized. This caring attitude continued long after the sale was complete, giving us a sense of warmth and security in our new neighborhood. In many ways, our nightmare had been transformed into a dream come true.

To this day, there has never been any question if we made the right decision to relocate to San George Estates.
